Crust:

2 c. margarine, softened

2 ½ c. brown sugar

2 eggs

2 c. flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp. baking soda

2 tsp vanilla

2 c. desiccated coconut

3 c. rolled oats

Mix together, spread on pans.

Bake at 350 for 10-15 min.

Cream cheese filling

16 oz. cream cheese

½ c. sugar

Crust:

1 ½ c. water

1 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

1 T. yeast

1 T. oil

3 c. flour

Mix and let rise until double (about 2 hours)

Punch down and let rise 45 min.

Roll out and stretch to desired size
