Pizza
Crust:
1 ½ c. water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 T. yeast
1 T. oil
3 c. flour
Mix and let rise until double (about 2 hours)
Punch down and let rise 45 min.
Roll out and stretch to desired size
(Pizza sauce, mozza, meet, cheese – pineapple, vegg.)
